Product availability

Next to each product there is information about the quantity and availability of the product in our warehouse. All products marked 'available' we physically have in stock and ship to you right after the payment for your purchase is credited. In our store, we only sell products that we physically have in stock. We do not sell products that are marked 'unavailable'.

Payment method

Instant electronic payment - the most convenient and very fast way to complete the order. During business hours, the funds will be transferred to our account usually immediately - we can immediately proceed to the processing of the order.

Payment by bank transfer - order processing time depends on the moment the payment is credited. Depending on the bank, it usually takes up to two working days.

Delivery method

Due to the peak season, we ship orders the next business day following the day the order is placed.

The courier company allows for delivery of the order usually in 2-9 working days after shipment.

Delivery costs

We like simple rules. Delivery is always free! :) 

Product returns

The customer has the right to make a return within 30 calendar days without giving any reason.

Returned product must not bear traces of use - each item must be complete and factory-packed, goods delivered in original packaging in unaltered condition.

  • The seller has the right to refuse to accept the return or exchange of goods that show any signs of use beyond basic familiarization with the product such as staining, traces of use, mechanical damage, lack of original tag attachment, any fragrances (perfumes, deodorants, laundry detergents, etc.).
  • In accordance with the Rules of Procedure, products such as cosmetics (which have been opened from the sealed package after delivery) are not returnable for health or hygienic reasons.
  • Returns are not available to other businesses that have received an invoice for the purchase of goods.


If you want to return the product:

  1. Download the return form, print it and fill it out: DOWNLOAD
  2. Pack the returned product in undamaged condition and in its original packaging with all its contents. Attach the completed form.
  3. Send the package by mail or courier to our address: CHILLAMA, Galbrzykowskiego 2 lok. 4, 15-753 Bialystok, Poland, tel. 516 288 557.
  4. We do not accept parcels sent by cash on delivery, "e-postal" service and sent to Parcel Post.
  5. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
  6. Within 3 working days of receiving your package, we will check the condition of the returned product (whether it bears no signs of use, whether it has not been damaged or destroyed, whether it is in the original packaging with all its contents).
  7. If we do not note any contraindications, a refund will be made within 7 days.

If your product return is rejected (due to damage to the product or signs of use), we will notify you at the indicated email address that the product return is not accepted. We will send the product back to the indicated return address within 7 business days, covering the shipping cost.

Replacement of goods

  1. Unfortunately, we do not offer the possibility of exchanging goods. The reason is simple. The items we sell disappear quickly from our warehouse, and we cannot guarantee that a particular product will be available when you want to exchange it.
  2. Instead of an exchange, you can simply return the product you ordered and we will refund your account. If you like something different - order again.


Before taking delivery, always check the package to see if it has been damaged in transit. If the package has visible external damage, we recommend that you refuse to accept the shipment and then contact us via the contact form on the Store website or email address:
