We process the personal data provided to us by the Customers in a manner consistent with the scope of the permission granted by the Customers and the requirements of the law, in particular in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "RODO".
  3. Use of the online store, including making purchases, is voluntary. It is also voluntary for the customer to provide personal data, however, the failure of the customer to provide data makes it impossible to make purchases in the store or use the services provided by the Store. The data required when placing an order are necessary for the conclusion and performance of the sales contract or provision of services (contractual obligations) and for the proper recording and accounting and tax settlement of the transaction (statutory obligations).
  4. We store customers' personal data on servers that ensure their full security. Only authorized employees of the Store have access to the database.
  5. Each Customer who has provided us with his or her personal data has full access to his or her data in order to verify, modify, limit processing, object to processing, and has the right to transfer his or her data or demand deletion. In case of unlawful processing of your data by the Administrator, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
  6. Your data may be shared with entities that process them on behalf of the Administrator, including those that provide legal or accounting assistance to the Administrator, entities that operate the Administrator's IT systems, entities that process shipments, entities that process payments. The Administrator may also transfer your data to other administrators processing them on its own behalf, such as public authorities in order to fulfill the obligations imposed on them. Apart from the cases mentioned above, the Store does not transfer, sell or lend the collected personal data of the Customers to third parties, unless this is done with the express consent or at the request of the Customer.
  7. Your data will be stored for the period of time for which the Administrator is required by law to store them.
  8. Your data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization.


  1. The Store does not collect any information by automatic means, except for the information contained in cookies.
  2. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Store's User's terminal device and are intended for use on the Store's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the Store User's terminal device and accessing them is the operator of the Store.
  4. Cookies are used for:
    adapting the content of the Store's websites to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the websites; in particular, these files allow for recognition of the Store User's device and appropriate display of the website, adjusted to his/her individual needs;
     -creation of statistics that help to understand how the Store's Users use the websites, which allows to improve their structure and content;

    - "functional" cookies, enabling "remembering" the User's selected settings and personalizing the User's interface, e.g. with respect to the selected language or region of origin of the User, font size, web page layout, etc;
    - "advertising" cookies, allowing to provide Users with advertising content more tailored to their interests.
  7. In many cases, web browsing software (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User's terminal device by default. Users of the Store can change their settings regarding cookies at any time. These settings can be changed, in particular, in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or inform about their placement on the Store User's device each time.   8. The Store Operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the Store's websites.
  9. Cookie files placed on the Store User's terminal equipment and may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Store Operator.
