3. Use of the chillama.eu online store, including making purchases, is voluntary. It is also voluntary for the customer to provide personal data, however, the failure of the customer to provide data makes it impossible to make purchases in the store or use the services provided by the Store. The data required when placing an order are necessary for the conclusion and performance of the sales contract or provision of services (contractual obligations) and for the proper recording and accounting and tax settlement of the transaction (statutory obligations).
4. We store customers' personal data on servers that ensure their full security. Only authorized employees of the Store have access to the database.
